Description:
Serve as the technical authority within the Revenue organization to assist Account Executives in winning deals.
Lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, run product demonstrations, and validate solutions to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or IT Consulting, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Deep knowledge of on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure, including SSO/SAML, MFA, and endpoint security.
Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training and enablement programs.
Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in supporting partner and co-sell motions with PEO, payroll, or HR tech partners.
