Remote AI Enablement Engineer

Description:

• Help execute Coder's Smart AI roadmap and facilitate AI and vibe coding across the company.
• Work directly with employees to understand their needs, answer questions, and remove technical barriers.
• Build and refine Smart AI journeys, reusable skills, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Teach through office hours and sessions while focusing on listening, building, troubleshooting, and improving the AI community.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technology, preferably in a startup environment.
• Engineering background or hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly through independent study.
• High empathy for users, especially those new to technology.
• Proven ability to identify user roadblocks and create practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills across varying technical levels.
• Comfort with requirement gathering and implementation.
• Judgment to distinguish between one-off issues and systemic problems.
