Description:
Flosum is seeking an AI Go-to-Market Engineer to enhance productivity across revenue operations, sales, marketing, and customer success using AI.
The role involves architecting, deploying, training, and optimizing AI agents to improve pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and customer retention.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience deploying and training AI SDR/BDR agents in a B2B sales environment for at least 90 days.
Deep knowledge of the B2B GTM stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, and real-time chat tools.
Ability to write and maintain production integrations using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Understanding of pipeline math and unit economics to optimize revenue targets.
Experience managing multiple AI agents and ensuring data quality in Salesforce.
Strong opinions on AI's role in sales and the ability to discern when to automate versus augment human effort.
Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in DevOps and compliance workflows.
