Description:

• Support customers across global deployment sites as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) for direct liquid cooling solutions.
• Responsible for on-site installations, maintenance, technical training, and remote support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Field Service Engineer or equivalent technical role.
• Journeyman Certification in pipe trades (Plumbing, HVAC, Steam Fitting) with expertise in hydronic systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technical cooling system loops and configurations.
• Experience in mission-critical environments (Tier 3 or Tier 4 data centers).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to document work to established standards.
• Valid passport for international travel and ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
• Availability to travel up to 65% of the time.
