  • The role of Growth Lead involves scaling the clinic during a period of rapid expansion, focusing on patient acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Responsibilities include designing and executing the growth roadmap, owning multi-channel growth execution, running analytics and experimentation, improving conversion and patient experience, and partnering cross-functionally.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 2–5+ years of experience in growth, consulting, product strategy, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple acquisition channels such as paid social, SEM, directories, and referrals is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis and experimentation design, are required, ideally with experience using tools like PostHog and basic SQL.
  • A proven track record of operating effectively in ambiguous environments and prioritizing tasks is necessary.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a strong ownership mindset are important for success in this role.
  • Bonus points for experience in digital health, consumer growth, or regulated environments like healthcare advertising.
