The role of Growth Lead involves scaling the clinic during a period of rapid expansion, focusing on patient acquisition, activation, and retention.
Responsibilities include designing and executing the growth roadmap, owning multi-channel growth execution, running analytics and experimentation, improving conversion and patient experience, and partnering cross-functionally.
The position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 2–5+ years of experience in growth, consulting, product strategy, marketing, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple acquisition channels such as paid social, SEM, directories, and referrals is essential.
Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis and experimentation design, are required, ideally with experience using tools like PostHog and basic SQL.
A proven track record of operating effectively in ambiguous environments and prioritizing tasks is necessary.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and a strong ownership mindset are important for success in this role.
Bonus points for experience in digital health, consumer growth, or regulated environments like healthcare advertising.
