Description:

  • Lead the development of Benepass’s internal AI platform from foundation to scale.
  • Architect a shared AI platform designed for company-wide automation across various functions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building end-to-end AI systems and internal platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation and enabling quality through AI-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for setting standards and driving adoption across teams.
