The Solutions Engineer will be the primary technical partner for Enterprise sales engagements, working closely with Account Executives to guide prospects through technical discovery, product evaluations, and proofs of concept.
This role is customer-facing and hands-on, focusing on complex Enterprise use cases and ensuring customers understand how n8n fits into their systems.
Requirements:
You must have 6+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering role, ideally within B2B SaaS, with direct exposure to enterprise customers.
Excellent communication skills are required to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You should possess commercial acumen to understand sales processes and translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong relationship-building skills are necessary, particularly with clients in infrastructure teams regarding deployment requirements.
You need hands-on experience with API integrations, OAuth, JavaScript and/or Python, containerization, CI/CD practices, and networking fundamentals.
A solid understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is essential.
You should thrive in fast-paced startup environments and be open to occasional travel for team onboarding sessions.
