Description:

  • Support knowledge engineering and content transformation focused on improving documentation lifecycle through AI-enabled tools and automation.
  • Plan, develop, test, and improve AI-powered documentation solutions, including agent skills and technical content programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in technical content development or management for software products.
  • 2+ years with docs-as-code workflows, including Markdown and Git-based collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
