Description:

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Engineering, Technical Support, or IT Operations.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#) is required, along with the ability to read code and assist in troubleshooting.
  • A foundational understanding of APIs and how RESTful services work is necessary, including experience with tools like Postman.
  • General knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud applications, and modern web technologies is expected.
  • Candidates should be able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable steps are essential.
  • Experience in supporting customers through technical onboarding, demos, and training is required.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer conversations and follow-ups are necessary.
  • Confident communication skills for facilitating meetings and giving presentations are required.
