Description:

  • Lumana is seeking a Solutions Engineer to empower organizations by unlocking the value of their visual data through an AI video security platform.
  • The role involves guiding customers from evaluation to deployment, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, hardware, and software layers, with a deep understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with Linux-based systems and a customer-centric mindset.

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay with a base salary of $140,000–$160,000 and total on-target earnings of $180,000–$200,000.
