Description:

  • Hightouch is seeking a Staff AI Productivity Engineer to enhance engineering productivity using AI coding tools.
  • The role involves building infrastructure, tooling, and documentation to improve AI agent effectiveness across the codebase.

Requirements:

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to understand complex backend code.
  • Deep hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot).
  • Experience in writing effective agent documentation and improving agent output.
  • Proven track record in building developer tools or infrastructure.
  • Comfortable working across the stack, including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.

Benefits:

  • Salary range of $180,000 - $400,000 USD per year, location independent.
  • Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
