Remote Backend Engineer, Trading

Description:

• Development and implementation of infrastructure for trading systems.
• Build large scale software systems and upgrade underlying architecture.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices.
• Guide junior engineers and share knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in backend or distributed systems.
• Proficient in core Java and familiar with the Spring framework.
• Proficient in MySQL and familiar with at least one NoSQL database.
• Proficient in distributed system design and familiar with at least one messaging middleware.
• Ability to cope with stress and quickly learn new knowledge.
• Good cross-team communication skills.
