Description:

  • Join Onboarded as a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive customer success from technical evaluation to implementation and ongoing relationship management.
  • Be the technical owner responsible for building integrations, solving complex problems, and managing multi-month implementations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years managing enterprise integrations and troubleshooting complex systems, with a strong understanding of APIs and databases.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as support engineering, pre-sales consulting, or customer success.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Workato or Zapier.
  • Ability to work in compliance-driven environments and research relevant regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Full ownership mindset from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
  • Bonus: Experience in staffing, franchising, or high-volume hiring, and familiarity with WOTC processes or employment regulations.
