Description:

  • Join ClickUp as a Strategic Solutions Engineer to support Sales and Success teams in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
  • Deliver technical presentations, manage customer-specific proof of value projects, and assist with RFPs while staying updated on product features.

Requirements:

  • Remote role based in Central U.S., preferably near Chicago or Dallas, with up to 50% travel required.
  • 6+ years in a customer-facing technology role, ideally in pre-sales or consulting, with 2+ years working with commercial or enterprise clients.
  • Proven experience with AI platforms, workflow automation, and integration tools; strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
