Description:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprises navigating API and AI connectivity.
- Support field sales by demonstrating the value of the Kong platform and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software or solutions engineering, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST, GraphQL APIs, and API security patterns.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and AI/LLM architectures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead discussions with technical and executive teams.
